California TD Funding, Inc. is a DIRECT PRIVATE MONEY LENDER.  As Private Money Lenders (Hard Money)  we engage in buying, selling, and financing both residential and commercial real estate.  We fund loans the banks turn down and our criteria for a borrower to qualify is based mostly on the property's equity and the borrower's ability to repay the loan, rather than credit history or past hardships, etc.  California TD offers a variety of unique solutions for every project.  Loan Approvals are provided within 24 hours and funding typically takes place within 3-7 days of an approved submission.
